Laws of Madagascar include the several rules and regulations such as Madagascar would be a secular country. It should be a republic. 
The motto of Madagascar should be “Homeland-Revolution-Liberty” and the Tri-colored flag should be the national emblem. The national anthem of the county is “Oh Dear Homeland”. 

Sovereignty should be there among people. People have the voting rights. Discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion etc are prohibited. According to the law of the country, freedom of speech, opinion, press, association, communication etc are granted and everyone have the right to move freely inside the country. 

The law ensures that everyone have the protection of their life, residence and correspondence. No one can be punished twice for the same deeds and everyone have access to justice. Right to be educated and health is granted. The cultural heritage of the country are protected. The citizens have the right to strike and the right form an organization. According to the law of Madagascar every one have to respect the flag and the national anthem.
